70 m2 with almost everything you need to feel good: a large oak dining table with comfortable chairs and a bench, a fully equipped kitchen where you can really cook. A new bathroom invites you to take a long shower after sunbathing or cycling and is really a highlight when you consider that most other sea huts usually only have an outdoor shower.
In the spacious living and sleeping area you will find a designer pull-out sofa that can be converted into a full-size double bed in one easy step. SAT-TV invites you to relaxed TV evenings. A comfortable box spring bed awaits you in the sleeping area.

The sea hut "Villa" is white, like all the other huts covered with reeds. With its interior design, it makes you want to go on vacation, enjoy life and relax as a couple, with family or friends. The doors of the glass veranda of the sea hut "Villa" can be opened completely on one side. The boundaries between inside and outside are blurred, because from the glass veranda you step directly onto the private wooden pier, which is surrounded by reeds and offers direct access to the lake. If you wish, you can either close the glass-only elements or just pull the mosquito repellent mesh and sit almost outdoors despite the mosquito repellent.
Like all our sea huts, the "Villa" is furnished with furniture from all over the world. A beautiful antique cupboard from China, finely carved furniture from India or ceramics and mosaic tables from Morocco meet a solid oak dining table from Burgenland. The romantic chalet is built directly on stilts in Lake Neusiedl and can be easily reached without a boat via a wooden footbridge. The lake hut "Villa" is equipped with a new bathroom with shower, washbasin and towel dryer. Fluffy bath towels and hand towels are included in the rental price.
In the hut you will find a separate kitchen with an imperial stove including its own grill plate and extractor hood. A dishwasher, refrigerator and sink as well as all the usual kitchen utensils such as a knife block, pots, pans, graters, kitchen gadgets, Nespresso machine, blender, toaster, kettle, wine glasses, crockery and cutlery complete the kitchen equipment.
You will find free WLAN as well as satellite TV, mosquito plugs and many other things that should make your stay pleasant.
A comfortable bed invites you to restful hours. Our bedding is suitable for allergy sufferers, the bed linen is made from the finest Egyptian cotton. In the living area you will find an L-shaped sofa that you can easily turn into a full second double bed by turning the chaise longue part and that comfortably accommodates up to 4 people.
